Our Basic Service Package, priced at $149.00 plus tax, is designed for homes under 3,000 sq ft. It includes 40-50 MLS-sized listing photos, along with a separate folder of larger photos suitable for publication. We also offer 24-hour service for quick turnaround. The package includes multiple images of the kitchen, large rooms, and the primary suite and bathroom, along with at least two photos of each additional bedroom. Houses of any size are welcome. As you proceed through the Book Now feature, it will ask about the size of the house. Choose the options you would like on the following pages.
360 Virtual Tours with House Layout, $60.00, allows your customer to browse homes at leisure, and the Floor Plan helps your customer better understand the house's layout. Customers will spend more time on a site with a Virtual Tour and are better prepared when they visit on-site. You will receive an unbranded version that can be used on the local MLS and all social media platforms. Click here for a sample.
A Virtual Dusk photo, $25.00 each, transforms a standard daytime image into a cozy, inviting evening scene. The sky is artfully adjusted to a soft twilight hue, while interior and exterior lights are illuminated to add depth and charm. The hearth fires glow warmly, creating a sense of comfort and hominess—perfect for evoking emotional appeal and helping potential buyers envision themselves living in the space.
A walk-through video offers your clients a simple tour of the property. Adding a walk-through video will improve your internet ranking. You will receive an unbranded version that can be used on the local MLS and all social media platforms. Click here for a sample.
Drone Photography
Please make sure to elevate your listing with 6 to 8 high-resolution aerial drone photos that showcase your property's full scale, unique layout, and surrounding features from a stunning bird's-eye view. This service is available as an add-on to any base package for just $60.00—a small investment that can make a significant impact in attracting buyers and standing out in online listings. Please, three acres or less.
Add Virtual Staging – $40.00 per Room
Transform empty or under-furnished spaces into beautifully designed rooms with virtual staging. For just $40.00 per room, we digitally add stylish furniture and decor to your photos, helping buyers visualize the full potential of the space. Virtual staging increases engagement, enhances online appeal, and creates an emotional connection that drives interest and faster sales—all without the cost or hassle of physical staging.
Terms: After the session, I will submit an online gallery of watermarked photos for your approval. Upon payment, the high-resolution photos will be available for download. I can provide up to three improved skies and one lawn if necessary. After that, the artwork is extra, typically costing around $5.00 per item.
