All MSM seniors must have their official Mount Portrait made at LeMay Photography. Both of my daughters, as well as my wife, attended Mount Saint Mary. We have a great affection for this fine institution.  LeMay Photography is a professional studio at 11324 Arcade Drive in West Little Rock.  The yearbook portrait features a "drape," which we have here. Please plan to come with your daughter. The experience is much better when you're involved.  It's easy to do a couple of outdoor poses, also.  Just wear a nice casual outfit to your session.   You will be able to request your session date and time on the page that follows. Real Estate Photography - Metro Little Rock, Jacksonville, Conway, Bryant, and Benton

LeMay Photography is a full-time professional photography studio in west Little Rock. We want to work with you on your Real Estate photography needs. LeMay Photography offers speedy and affordable photography services. We want to enhance your brand’s identity without breaking the bank.

Commercial interiors and exteriors offer a different challenge but yield useful images for advertising and marketing.  Call or email for a custom quote.

Real Estate Photography Prices:   Offer your clients more than the basic, and they will tell all their friends how helpful you are.

Basic Service Package:  Any house under 1200 sq ft. includes the MLS size listing photos and a folder of larger photos for publication, interiors, and exteriors, 24 hr. service, $99.00 plus sales tax. Houses of any size are welcome. As you proceed through the Book Now feature, it will ask about the size of the house. Choose the options you would like on the following pages.

360 Virtual Tours with House Layout, $60.00, allows your customer to browse homes at leisure, and the Floor Plan helps your customer better understand the house's layout.  Customers will spend more time on a site with a Virtual Tour and are better prepared when they visit on-site.  You will receive an unbranded version that can be used on the local MLS and all social media platforms.   Click here for a sample.

Walk-Thru Video offers your clients a simple walk-thru tour of the property. The addition of a walk-thru video will improve your internet ranking. You will receive an unbranded version that can be used on the local MLS and all social media platforms.  Have the photos add a Video walk-thru to an existing listing for $45.00.   Click here for a sample.

Drone Photography or video segments:  6 - 8 Drone photos added to the base price is $60.00.  

Add Visual Staging, which is $40.00 per room.

Terms:  After the session, I will submit an online gallery of watermarked photos for your approval; upon payment, the high-resolution photos will be available by download. I can provide up to three improved skies and one improved lawn if necessary. After that, the artwork is extra, usually about $5.00 per item. There may be a $40.00 late cancellation fee if we arrive and the listing is not ready to photograph. An additional trip charge is $40.00 plus possible travel fees. Plus 9% Sales Tax

Business - Professional Portraits or Head Shots      

Your Professional Image is essential.  It is your first contact for new business and opportunities.  So, make sure the first image creates a lasting impression.  Business Portrait sessions usually last less than one hour. Your choices receive the full attention of a digital artist for the best look possible.  You may bring a couple of tops, ties, or other items to vary your appearance.  No more than two outfits, please. Please select a date and time, and we will reply soon with a confirmation. Virtual or remote viewing is available with the purchase of one additional image.

Studio Portrait/Headshot (publication/professional purposes)   $99.00 plus sales tax, including one retouched digital image, and paid with a credit card, check, or cash on the day of the session.   Additional Retouched Digital files are $50.00 ea. The original and retouched images are included.

Business Groups/Portraits at the studio. The session fee is $295.00, which includes all the high-resolution digital files.   One hour of photography included professional lighting.  Photoshop and other artwork are extra.

Executive Portrait Session at your Location: The session fee is $350.00, which includes all the high-resolution digital files.   One hour of photography included professional lighting.  Photoshop and other artwork are extra.

Passport Photos: We can make any size of passport photographs, digital or paper, as required by different countries. The printing on the back side is also available. The cost is $40.00 plus tax for each person; add a digital file for $10.00 plus tax for each person.

Company Session at your Location:   Make the best use of your employee's time with an on-site portrait session. We will set up our portable studio at your facility and photograph your best assets and employees with minimum disruption.  Digital portrait files are $75.00 ea.  No Session Fee. Minimum of six employees. One hour of photography included. 

Terms:  Deposits paid are not refundable but are transferrable to any future date.

This session is for ordering photos already made.  It is important that everyone needed to make a decision to attend.  Your portraits will be projected in our studio theater showing a great deal of detail.  This is the best method for reviewing portraits and your input on artwork is very welcome. Two hours are available so you will not feel rushed.   Please select your date and time and that will start the confirmation process.  

Adult and Couples Sessions

These sessions feature up to two hours in our studio or outdoors and up to two outfits.  We can present your photos immediately after the session in our studio theater for selection and ordering. You may set up a different appointment for the viewing.  Outdoor portraits are best after 3 pm in the fall-winter and after 4 pm in the spring and summer.
