LeMay Photography is open and serving the people of Central Arkansas with real estate photos, business-executive-headshots, family, child-baby, and senior portraits. We are currently restructuring our pricing to a system of packages featuring retouched paper proofs. When we started our business we used proofs and we hope that people will once again embrace a more tangible method to portrait selection. Rolls of film were cut to ten or twenty exposures and this method will present approximately that number of images. Since our fee is collected upfront we will offer retouched prints at a low price.
The dark days of winter are starting to give way to the warm days of early spring. A recent blizzard, for Arkansans that is, was an unwelcome surprise. Snow in Central Arkansas should be pretty first thing in the morning and melted by noon. This snow kept coming for several days and the temperatures were at or near zero. Most people were unable to move around in twenty inches of snow. I was able to get my wife to work, a local hospital, she camped out there until we could dig out and collect her. Meanwhile, back at home my oldest daughter who is married to a deployed serviceman, and her two small children along with my sister-in-law had burrowed in for the duration. We settled into passing the time napping and watching streaming services until the internet failed midweek. After that, we survived on DirecTv until the internet was repaired.
