The studio days are full of photography, business portraits or headshots, families, seniors, and children with real estate photos thrown in too. The business world is waking up and there is a stirring with new sounds and visions. Once again people are starting to travel, this gives them a chance to fellowship and maybe make a family heirloom they will enjoy for generations to come. I recently met a couple who had come to the USA from overseas and were quarantined here for almost two years, they are ready for a change and looking forward to getting back to their country. Businesses are once again taking the chance to rebrand and update their websites and published pieces using new photos and portraits of their staff and their establishments.
A New Hope and Beginning

There are not many real estate listings to photograph, the inventory of available homes is very low at this time. The upside is that property sale off the market at a speed I have never witnessed before. My customers who restore and rent homes are very busy and that means more work for me. Several times I have been greeted by people wanting to see the house before I'm finished making the photographs. More and more I hear of offers that exceed the asking price in our area, I've heard of such things on TV shows my wife watches, however, those have been far away or even in Canada. That's a great thing for sellers when the property appraises at that amount.
